They grew right inside the lemon house of his father, that with other farmers of Massa Lubrense have carried on a botanical tradition started by the Jesuit fathers in the '600. If the limoncello and the creams have received the name igp is mainly due to this handful of men and women climbing on wooden trusses, risking each time to fall, to keep these golden apples healthy. But the Pollio family is not jealous of living in a lemon groves, has always wanted to share this healthy beauty with those who come from afar and have the dream of tuning their senses on the Sorrento Peninsula.

Profit is not everything, there are also other aspects of life that must be pursued - says Tullio -, so here you can learn to cook following the recipes that have lemon as the main ingredient, learn the art of limoncello, the realization of lemon oil. It is not said that you become as good as my mother to prepare lemon risotto, but it is possible». He jokes, Tullio, that he has a man’s smile satisfied with what he does, especially while driving perfume tours. We make them when the flowers are so many and beautiful to see that for a few weeks we never go out from the lemon houses.
