How to make the lemon Caprese cake?

ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴅᴏ ʏᴏᴜ ɴᴇᴇᴅ ? 

• 200 g butter

• 300 g of almond flour

• 250 g of sugar

• 1 grated lemon of Agriturismo La Lobra

• 1 small glass of Limoncello of Agriturismo La Lobra

• 7 eggs

• potato starch (as needed)

• 1 packet of baking powder

• 150 g of white chocolate 

 

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞 ?

Step 1

Melt 150 g of the white  chocolate in a bain-marie over

Step 2 

Whip the butter with the sugar, add the eggs, grated lemon almond flour, starch, melted chocolate, yeast and limoncello.

Step 3

Pour the creamy mixture into a round mould already buttered and floured with potato starch

Step 4

Now bake it in the oven at 170°C for about 45 minute

Step 5 

When the cake is baked , let it cool and then dust the surface with powdered sugar. 

Now your Caprese Cake is ready , enjoy it!!
